1. Our services
We provide professional services listed in our services catalog: SEO audits, on-page SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), backlinks and web design. Each service page describes what is included, the fixed price and the typical delivery time. The scope we confirm with you in writing before payment is what we deliver.
2. How to order & payment
- You place an order by contacting us via WhatsApp or the contact form. No account or on-site checkout is required.
- We confirm the scope, fixed price (in EUR) and delivery date in writing before any payment is taken.
- Payment is made via a secure invoice link (bank transfer, Wise, or card). For first-time clients we typically take 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
- Work begins once the agreed upfront payment is received and we have any access we need from you.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and any access required (e.g. Google Search Console, CMS, hosting) so we can deliver the service.
- Confirm you are authorised to request changes to the website(s) involved.
- Respond to reasonable requests for information so the project can progress on schedule.
4. Our responsibilities
We carry out each service professionally and deliver the agreed deliverables by the agreed date. We document the work and keep you informed. SEO results depend on search engines, competitors and other external factors, so we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic — we guarantee that the scoped work is carried out and delivered.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, the deliverables produced specifically for you (audit reports, optimized content and code, a website we build for you) become your property. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, tools and know-how, and we may keep a copy of deliverables for our records. We may reference the type of work performed in our portfolio in a non-confidential way unless you ask us not to.
6. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel an order at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: a full refund before work begins, a fair pro-rata refund while work is in progress, and a full refund if we fail to deliver what was agreed.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes (including spam, cloaking, hacking, or content that infringes others' rights) and not to misuse this website or attempt unauthorised access. We may decline or stop work we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or unlawful.
8. Disclaimer & liability
