1. What this policy covers
BestSearchs provides professional SEO services — SEO audits, on-page optimization, AEO/GEO, backlinks and web design. Because these are services delivered over time (not instant digital downloads), this policy is based on the stage of work reached when a refund is requested. Every order is scoped and priced in writing before any payment is taken.
2. Before work begins — full refund
If you have paid (in full or a deposit) and you cancel before we have started the work, you receive a 100% refund. No questions, no fees. Just tell us before work starts.
3. While work is in progress — fair pro-rata refund
If you cancel after we have begun but before delivery, you are refunded for the portion of work not yet carried out. We will show you exactly what has been completed and what is being refunded. You are only charged for work genuinely done.
4. If we fail to deliver — full refund
- We don't deliver what was scoped: if we fail to deliver the agreed deliverables, you receive a full refund.
- Significant delay on our side: if we miss the agreed delivery date because of us and you no longer want the work, you receive a full or partial refund.
- Technical failure on our side that prevents delivery and cannot be resolved: full refund.
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: any amount charged in error is refunded in full.
5. What is not refundable
- Work that has been completed and delivered as agreed (a finished audit, completed optimizations, live backlinks, a delivered website).
- Ranking or traffic outcomes. SEO results depend on search engines, competitors and factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific rankings — we guarantee the work, not a position. This is not grounds for a refund of completed work.
- Third-party costs already spent on your behalf (for example, paid placements) once they have been incurred.
- A change of mind after the agreed deliverables have been completed and handed over.
6. How to request a refund
- Contact us at info@bestsearchs.com or on WhatsApp with your order reference and the reason.
- We reply within 5 business days and, where possible, first try to put the issue right.
- If a refund is approved, we confirm the amount in writing.
7. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (bank transfer, Wise, or card) within 14 days of approval. We will keep you updated until the refund is confirmed.
