What does BestSearchs do?
We provide focused, fixed-price SEO services: classic on-page and off-page SEO, plus AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for visibility inside AI search, plus conversion-focused web design.
Where are you based?
We're a focused SEO team serving clients across Europe and English-speaking markets worldwide. Everything is handled online and through WhatsApp, so location is never a barrier.
What languages do you work in?
English is our primary working language. We can deliver content in major European languages (DE, FR, ES, IT, PL, NL) on request.
How long until I see results?
On-page changes typically index within 2–4 weeks. Backlink and content campaigns usually show ranking lift in 6–12 weeks. AEO/GEO citations can appear in 2–6 weeks depending on your domain authority.

Which service should I start with?
For most clients: the €50 SEO Starter Audit. It shows exactly where you stand and which package (if any) you need next — with no upsell pressure.
What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?
SEO ranks your pages in Google and Bing. AEO makes your content the source AI assistants quote when users ask questions. GEO goes further — making your brand the preferred citation source for generative AI such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.
Do you guarantee #1 rankings?
No honest provider can — too many factors are outside anyone's control (algorithm updates, competitor moves). We guarantee the work itself: every change, backlink and report is delivered as scoped, and we offer refunds on technical failures from our side.
Is there a monthly retainer?
No. Every package is a one-off, fixed price. Order what you need, when you need it — no ongoing retainers, no lock-in.
How much do services cost?
Services range from €50 (SEO Starter Audit) to €200 (Complete Website Package). Every price is fixed and listed on the service and pricing pages — what you see is what you pay.
Ordering, Payment & Delivery
How do I order?
Tap any “Order via WhatsApp” button (or use the contact form) and send us your website and goal — the service and price are pre-filled for you. We reply within 24 hours with the scope, fixed price and delivery date. No account or checkout needed.
How do I pay?
After we confirm the scope over WhatsApp, we send a secure invoice link. We accept bank transfer (SEPA), Wise, or card. For first-time clients we typically take 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
What information do you need from me?
Your website URL, target keywords or audience, competitor URLs, and any access required (Google Search Console, WordPress, hosting). We send a short access checklist once the order is confirmed.
Do you work with my CMS?
Yes — WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, custom HTML and custom PHP. If we can't implement directly, we deliver clear change documentation your developer can apply.
How do you report progress?
Every package includes a written deliverable — an audit PDF, a change log, or a live backlink report. For larger projects we provide a performance report covering rankings, traffic and AI mentions.
Support, Data & Refunds
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Every delivery includes a short handover and a window to ask follow-up questions about the work we completed. Larger packages include a dedicated post-delivery support window.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Form data and project files are stored in the EU. We're GDPR-compliant with a 90-day retention policy on form submissions, and we never sell or share your data.
What is your refund policy?
A full refund within 7 days if we fail to deliver what was scoped due to issues on our side, and a partial refund if work is only partially complete. See our refund policy for details.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes — every order comes with a clear invoice under the BestSearchs name, listing the service, scope and price.
