- Contact & project details: your name (optional), email address, optional WhatsApp number, the service you're interested in, and the message or project details you choose to share.
- Order records: the service ordered, scope and an order reference, so we can deliver and support your project.
- Payment data: when you pay an invoice, the payment is handled by your bank or card provider. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Technical metadata: IP address, browser user-agent and a timestamp — stored only for security (rate limiting and abuse prevention).

3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To deliver and support the service you order.
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse of our forms.
- To meet any legal or accounting obligations.

7. Data location & processors
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use Telegram (Cloud API, encrypted in transit) to receive notifications of new enquiries and orders so we can respond quickly. We do not transfer your data to third countries without GDPR-compliant safeguards.
8. Security
HTTPS everywhere, CSRF protection on every form, two-tier rate limiting, security headers and bot detection. Submissions are stored in private directories with file-level access controls.
